It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. I have been on O2 for quite a few years now and I have never had any problems, either with the network or the billing.” Their customer service team comes in for praise too, with comments including “always had a great experience with O2, always helpful on chat and happy to assist”. O2 promise great cash back rates, but they have been very slow to confirm awards, and have even failed to accept one so far that was due in April 2010. If you intend to buy the O2 product in any case go ahead, but if you expect the cash to turn up don't hold your breath.

I bought the 12 month contract for £25 only because of the £200 cashback in March 2010. To date I still have not received the cashback and neither has a friend who also took out the same contract on the same day even though an equiry was raised in April. I am very disappointed. I have been an O2 customer for nearly 10 years. When the contract ends I'll probably change provider now.

I bought o2 Simplicity 12 mth contract for £25per month solely for the £200 cashback deal as this would work out at only £8.33 per mth overall. I was very sceptical about whether I would ever see £200 cashback but decided it would be a good deal anyway at 1200 mins incl talktime and unlimited texts. Took some time for o2 to notify TCB when Direct Debit had kicked in but true to their word, TCB credited £200 into my bank account within 2 - 3 months. Well done o2 & TCB for an excellent deal.

hi people. Bought the deal after checking the discount on TPB. Must say alot of people were winging about the tracking and payment. I thought this is my first time lets give it a go and must say i wasn't let down. I did hang in there trusting TPB and their admins who didn't disheartened me. Keep up the good work and all the best. still waiting for my £200 for O2 simplicity sim signed up end of March, no sign of transaction at alll! Suibmitted claim as soon as i could. Bit disappointed as only signed up for cashback :(

Signed up to a 24month £35/month Blackberry contract, supposedly at £150 cashback. Tracked, confirmed and paid at £50 quite quickly, but not at £150. Filled in a missing cashback claim for the extra £100 nearly two months ago, and have still heard nothing.

Been waiting over seven months for my £100 cashback!! Not looking good. Have a read of other reports on o2's cashback deals. Lots of people are not getting paid. Will not deal with o2 again after this shambles. You have been warned.

Back in March I did a #200 cashback on O2 simplicity. There was a lot of concern when it didnt track properly and people were understandably worried. However yesterday I received the 200.00 in my bank - what more can I say. It said upfront it would track less initially and that payment would be ready end of May, when I came back on early June and it was ready for payment and I selected it to be paid, hey presto there it was. Thanks to O2 and to TCB for such a fantasic opportunity!! I'll be back.....

When I signed up for an O2 simplicity SIM the cashback was advertised as £50. I have only received £25 in my account. Why did I not get the full ammount. Regards, Robbie Murphy

Hi there everyone, was a bit dubious about the whole cashback offer, I was going to get a rolling pay monthly sim only for my iphone from O2 anyway, until I came across Top Cash Back, which was going to give me £100 cash back, if I took out 12mth contract all for the same price as O2 store, so I bought the Sim through TCB, Got the sim from O2 within days, cost from O2 = £240.00 after 12mths, cost thru TCB £240.00 with £100 cash back = £140.00 after 12mths, 600min 600 Texts unlimited Web Bolt on per month, I have since paid my 1st month bill with O2, and hold and behold I have £100 outstanding cash back in my TCB account, since then my wife has bought stuff from empire store which does anyway thru their site, and earned more cash back money, TCB are good on their word. I have read other comments but will look into it myself on how to actually get paid this money, judging by previous comments will take a month or two, I've got no problem with that we will see, I'll keep everyone updated, thx for reading, treat this comment as a positive step towards using Top Cash Back.
