It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Anyone any tips in case this doesn't track? I've not had it tracked and purchased a new 12 month contract based on the £120 cash back in March. I'm very concerned now as am in a worse deal that only became worth it for the £120. Submitted missing claim as required, but recently had a bad result with missing claim that the vendor sat on for 10 months and then said claim submission time exceeded!

Ordered simplicity sim 31/05/2010. Never arrived so ordered another, came week later. O2 credited the bill. Status still pending. Payable date supposed to be 31/05/2010 we'll see? TCB recommended to all. Always reply quickly to queries, no fees & brilliant site overall. For the O2 payg customer that said the simplicity deals are only for new customers, you would be new to having a monthly contract with them. I had a monthly contract with them since the year dot, then changed 6 years ago to payg. I got the deal no problem. Just order it, good luck!

Despite o2 having an average of 2 days for reporting it has taken me a total of almost TEN months for my cashback to be payable!

I am very disappointed that, after being a loyal customer of o2 for years and years now, in fact my first mobile phone ever. I am paying a lot, well over the odds on PAYG and want to cahange to a Simplicity deal. Last time when I saw the great £200 cash back deal from o2 for the same I was disappointed that it stated 'new customers only'. I rang o2 about the deal as I feel this is unfair .. they told me they had never heard of Top Cash Back and to be wary of any cashback sites! Couldn't help me. Now the offer is on for £100 cash back for the same deal and again it is new customers only. I feel like I am being penalised for being an existing customer. It's just like the mortgage and credit card deals. They should give incentives for being a loyal customer. It is difficult for me to change as I have my broadband and homephone with them and don't really want the hassle of changing networks as family and friends are on the same, etc. Guess I shall have to end up missing out on the £100 just to escape the hefty top ups I am having to put on of late. So much for customer satisfaction these days. There are so many new customers that want to sign up, they don't really seem interested in keeping their existing ones. Disappointed.

This is really 100% in my case, on top of this the o2 service is great and my family is all on o2 to get the facility of 02-to-02 unlimited callss as well as unlimited landline.

Has anybody got anything showing for their top ups for the £25 per month deal that was on at the end of March? Looking at the advertisement, it said increase you top up by 10% but mine is not showing any top ups.

My O2 cashback has been uplifted to £200 + £8 top up. Couldn't be more happy! service is 10/10. the support queries are answered within 24 hours and ive received nearly £600 of cashback so far, with £400 pending. but from O2, i await my £200, which is due at the end of May. Will update you on the situation.

The cashback for the smartphone £25 a month contract which was tracking at £125 has today increased to £200. So if you're in the same boat check yours.

hi I saw the o2 £200 cashback offer. so signed up on 31/3/10 after two mix ups with sim cards and 3 weeks later no sign of cashback acknowledgement ,so used manuel tracking,even though it showed i had clicked through tcb ,tcb said they could not follow up the enquirery any further.what a waste of time had to cancel with o2 and stay on my pay as you go.very sceptical now of tcb. one very dissatisfied user
