Another customer who was promised £200 but received £125. TCB state it's a merchant problem and will hope to have a response by the end of this week.... Not sure it's gonna get uplifted though to be honest....

Ordered a Blackberry Curve on the 9/3/10, account put on ice for a month but still no cashback tracked. Also took a lot of chasing on my part to also get the money that was part of the deal credited to my O2 account.Very disappointing when other retailers can put the cashback as tracking within a day. I will be very wary about using O2 supposed special deals again. My whole family has been O2 customers for many years I must admit bad customer service or broken promises lead me to look at other companies. Hopefully my cashback will be sorted by topcashback and restore my confidence in O2.

Thank you for asking for my feedback regarding my O2 purchase. The £25 simplicity sim card has arrived but I am unsure how I claim my £200 cash back. Please can you advise me. Thanks

This was my first time using this site it was very efficient with the money being tracked after a week and the customer service department at O2 was excellent they had no trouble locating my order.

Took a while to track and then had to wait for it to be uplifted, but still not showing as the correct amount. Fingers crossed that the enquiry submitted will sort the problem out.

If you have still been charged after cancelling your contract with O2 within the 14 days return period, according to their terms you should pay nothing except charges for calls you have made. O2 are incorrectly classifying your cancellation as early termination, hence the charge. You need to ring customer services (use one of the freephone numbers on saynoto0870.com) , confirm that the cancellation was made within 14 days and then mention the extra charge. They'll check with accounts and then raise a credit note to your account, if they don't then ask them to. The credit note will take 48 hours to apply. If they suggest you cancel the direct debit with them then contact your bank and do that.

Well, my o2 took a couple of days after the bank holiday to track and the sim cards came through 5 days later. it originally tracked at £25 to which i ordered 2 sims which tracked at £50. I am now showing it tracking at £400 which is absolutely fine, so no gripes from me. I think you have to be a little patient with this (as fully described by topcashback) as it's not an overnight transaction. Overall, i'm very pleased..... just wish I ordered 2 more now!

SIM ordered 31.3.10, initially tracked as £25, now uplifted to £200:) As SIM didn't arrive for two weeks but had already been billed, contacted O2 customer services and they have credited back amount for time period not used.

I have also received a bill for nearly £300 from 02 when i cancelled the account 8 days after ordering due to no receipt of chip or indeed any confirmation of the £200 cashback that Top Cashback promised. I have just rung 02 pointing out the error, they say they are looking intothe matter. What an absolute shambles this offer turned out to be-- bad marks to 02 and topcashback. The deal should have been much smoother ,instead was flawed from day 1.

Used Topcashback when ordering a new Blackberry phone for my son. Just by clicking on the retailer from within your site and then purchasing as normal gave me £7.20 cashback. Not bad for an extra 10 seconds work! Anyone who doesn't use your site to access top name retailers is missing out on a really good deal.
