It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Idiots on here who rushed to sayin TCB was bad put me off and i ended up cancelling!!!! Never again will i listen to the hype glad you guys have had your cashabck uplifted pity mine hasnt :-(

O2 are the only carrier with a signal where I live, so I had to use them to transfer my old business number to a personal Simplicity for Blackberry contract. Customer service has been terrible, it's taken over a month to port the number, but the cashback tracked quickly, and (after about 3 weeks) now shows the correct figure of £100 instead of the initial £25. I'm hoping that payment will be on the date quoted.

TCB have confirmed to me that those tracking at £125 is a mistake and will be uplifted as soon as and before the money becomes payable. It seems it is only affecting those on the smartphone tariff.

Anyone got to the bottom of why some are tracking at £200 and others £125? Mines tracking at £125 a number that seems to have come from nowhere? I took the blackberry £27.50 a month deal.

Have to agree with imgareth here - people really should actually read the details before going for these offers! It clearly stated that this will initially track at £25 then revert to £200 at a later date. It's not fair on TCB that people are clogging up the admin by inputting silly queries that come about as a result of NOT READING THE DETAILS PRESENTED. As regards the late arrival of the SIM, just contact O2, tell them what date you received it and they will credit you with the charges they have applied from date of issue of SIM. This isn't rocket science, peeps.

don't forget to call o2 from your mobile (202 or 2302) near the end of November to get them to downgrade your tariff to £20 per month (currently 600 mins, internet, etc).

I chose to go with the £25 iphone simplicity contract, ordered on the 31st March arrived, 9th April. My bill however, arrive on the 3rd April. A little concerned I emailed O2 . They were very apologetic and have credited my next months bill with £15. I am delighted to say my account with TCB is now tracking £200. All in all a very good deal!! 900mins- unlimited text and internet for £7.08 per month . I'm very happy.

Joined Topcashback through a family member recommendation. First cashback was from 02 broadband. Received full £100 cashback within the 90 days specified. Very happy so far. Now applied for £200 02 Sim only cashback. Initially was tracking £25, now showing full £200, due within 60 days. Will let you of the outcome.

I took out an O2 simplicity £25 a month contract. £200 cashback promised by TCB. No sim after a week but got one from a shop and got it activated the next day. Everything works except the cashback has been lifted now from the original £25 to only £125 - not £200! My contract with O2 says £20 contract plus £5 extras, but TCB said originally this would be treated as a £25 contract. Any similar experiences?

On 31st March I took advantage of the £200 cashback offered for signing up to a 12-month iphone simplicity sim card. Because of the long bank holiday weekend, the sim card took just over a week to arrive and the the cashback a couple of days longer to actually track in my topcashback account. At first, the cashback was tracking at only £25 but I am pleased to say that as of this morning (20 days after initial purchase) the cashback amount has now increased to the full £200. Hopefully it should not be too much longer before the cashback is actually credited to my account. All in all, a rather longer wait than at first expected, but well worth it for £200!!

Ordered Simplicity 25 SIM on the 31/3/10. Delivered 10/4/10 and activated successfully 12/4/10 (even kept existing 02 number). First bill £27.42 due 27th April but negotiated a £15 refund as it was dated from 4th April. Note: Had to argue hard with O2 to get this refund so my advice is "don't be put off". Have just seen that £200 is being tracked so all in all, I am happy ........ and thankful it's worked out ok.

I have bought simplicity 12 month contract on 31st of March. O2 messed up the order - I had to go to the local shop to sort it out. Tracking appeared no less than 5 days afterwards tracking at £25 only. It has been changed to £200 today finally! If I was not so placid about the deal I would probably have cancelled by now. Thank you topcashback! 1000free mins for just above £8 a month. It was worth waiting.

Can anyone confirm otherwise that those on the £25 simplicity sim for smartphones are tracking at £125, which mine is. I hope this isnt a cop-out by o2 with the ambiguity over the £25/m smartphone offer coming up as £20 in the basket with a data add-on

I signed up under the now discontinued £200 12 month sim only cashback offer and was assured that it would track at £200 but so far it has been £25 and now £125. I am hoping it uplifts further but looks like many people are in the same situation. I also had a problem with late delivery of SIM despite being billed for it but have received a refund on the amount I didn't use (plus a little bonus amount by way of an apology).

Did exactly what it said on the tin!! Took a couple of days to track which made me a little nervous...and has now uplifted today from £25 to £200. !! Admittingly the sim took 10 days to arrive...but just having the guts to hang in there paid off. Really pleased Top Cashback. Thanks
