It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. I have been on O2 for quite a few years now and I have never had any problems, either with the network or the billing.” Their customer service team comes in for praise too, with comments including “always had a great experience with O2, always helpful on chat and happy to assist”. It has been ages and my cashback is still pending, not sure if I will even get it. Watch o2 aswell, they tried to charge me over £100 for mobile internet I didn't use (dont even have it connected on my mobile) Other than that ok

o2 are the best phone contract company i have dealt with. Quick and easy no matter what the problem they have always been quick to answer any question and deal with any problems. With signal pretty much anywhere and now also a broadband package with is cheaper and faster than most and also includes five pound discount if you have an o2 phone, its hard to understand why anyone would opt for any other company. Also there pay as you go deals are the best by miles.

Quick delivery of the sim card but the reception I recieve isn't as good as Vodaphone. Excellent cash back rate but not recieved it yet.

Tracks within 2 days at worst, I've made £210 from o2 this year thanks to TCB keeping the offers always updated on here, extra £101 coming including a 1% top-up :-)

Only went with them because of Cashback..... BIG mistake. No problems with cashback, but their customer services has to be the worst ever.

Cash back seems to be working but poor customer service via online ordering. (Delivery promised next day, which failed). No follow up contact details and instructions for delivery ignored.

Purchased a Simplicity Sim which is excellent value for money and good customer service regarding keeping existing number. Only issue was with website, lots of problems ordering with lots of error messages saying item had not been added then there would be 5 in basket, then none etc not sure if this is a common problem or if just caught the site on a bad day!!

I have been checking the progress of my cashback and am disappointed that it has not moved forward. I have paid one month by direct debit and have committed to a 12 month contract I would hope O2 would have the same committment to their customers and pay what they have offered. How much longer am I going to have to wait??

The whole transaction was a bit disorganised at first, once we got the number changed over everything has been very good. Would recommend O2 as a mobile phone network.

very very unhappy. when i bought the contract, it was for £100 as stated. but this has been changed to £23.33 . have wrote to the topcashback to complain and get some answers. i might have to cancell the whole contract.

Ported my number to 02 last Thursday & 3 days later still not able to make or receive calls. Have had to call customer services on 0870 number 3 times so far (calls would be free from my 02 phone but it's not connected). Was kept hanging on line while they tried & see what's happened then just got told it will get sorted soon. Have sent 2 e-mails but have had no reply to either.
