Whatever you buy from Oasis, if you need to return it, you can do so for free within one month of receipt (14 days for sale items).

Included with your item will be a returns slip, which will provide you with all the information you will need. This slip must be completed and sent back with returned items. You can return items to an Oasis store, ensuring you take along your dispatch note, while to return something by post, you should write your name, address, postcode and order number on the completed returns form and enclose it in the securely wrapped parcel.

Fix the returns address label to the parcel (the address can be found online) and take it to a Post Office, who will stamp the proof of postage on the returns form. You can also return via a Collect+ store by enclosing the dispatch note, applying the relevant label and taking it to your nearest location. You will be given proof of postage and a code to track your return. Finally, Doddle parcel stores can also be used. Just fill out your dispatch note and drop your parcel off at a convenient location.

To send a gift card to the recipient in the post (charges apply), choose an amount between £10 and £500, add a personal message and select standard delivery, same day dispatch or choose a delivery date. Then, fill in the details of where the card is being sent to and add to your basket.

Alternatively, eVouchers can be sent straight to the recipient's inbox. Select an amount between £10 and £100, choose from one of three designs and add a personal message. Fill in the delivery details and decide if you want the voucher sent straight away or specify a date and time. Whichever type of voucher you choose, they can both be used online or in-store.
