Awful Cashback Experiance
I did not expect a global luxury brand to take almost a year to decline my cashback. The reason they provided for the decline was Amendment or Cancellation. However, I was mindful of ensuring that cookies were cleared before booking and I made no changes to my booking. I also learned that the family we had booked to go on holiday with to this hotel, also had their cashback declined for the same reason.
The Top Cashback team assure me that they regularly audit companies for potential ingenious offers, but I would not rely on this cashback offer with this hotel brand based on our experience.

Doesn't track
Pathetic, doesn't track and Top Cashback do not allow a claim to be opened. Whats the point of having them on the platform!
