Your Ocado food delivery
Booking delivery slots via the website or the Ocado app is quick and easy. To download the mobile app, head over to the App Store or Google Play Store.
Once you’ve registered your Ocado account, you can log in and set up your home address. Click through to the delivery slot calendar to choose the best date and time for you, and then you’re ready to start filling your trolley. You’ll have an hour to order your grocery shop once you’ve reserved your delivery slot.
If any of your items are unavailable on delivery day, they’ll offer you alternative products as substitutions. You’ll receive an email or text message before your designated time which will let you know what’s been substituted. These tend to be a pretty good match for the item you ordered, but you can simply hand them back to your driver if you decide not to keep them.
Ocado also have a free service that allows you to automatically book the same delivery slot each week (or every other week). This is called Ocado Reserved and is the ideal way to reduce the stress of finding the right delivery slot every single week.
