The cashback was tracked and confirmed very quickly. I had a bit of a problem with my order, apparently caused in transit resulting in several days delay and items missing, but the team at Office Stationery did everything they could to put things right without fuss. Compared to other online companies they do not automatically advise by email when orders are despatched, nor do they provide courier tracking numbers, so you have to chase by phone/email, and they only publish an 0844 number (more expensive than geograpic numbers for mobiles and landlines with inclusive packages). Despite the unfortunate experience with this order in transit I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
