Purchased in July, didn't track so put in a manual claim. Now Oct and though it is confirmed, it was meant to be payable in Sept yet still confirmed only.
Can't comment on quality of product as thankfully didn't need it.

Havent tracked at all, put claim in and still waiting 4 weeks later. Had to email Oinc to ask if I was going to receive insurance details, as they sent me a blank pdf file. I been with 2 of the so called cheaper and smaller insurance companies and both times Ive had to chase for the money.

I'm afraid i have to disagree with the comments about this company. I bought insurance with Oinc about a month and a half ago - in some part due to the seemingly generous cashback. But a month and a half later the cashback hasn't even been tracked in my account - even though I have manually tracked it about a month ago.
Very poor service - cannot recommend!
