Purchase of 3500£, tracked, moved to confirmation and that’s its, months and months of nothing. Pointless. Why have them on TCP.

Full of excuses
My cashback was declined on the grounds they couldn’t be sure top cashback was the last site I visited before making my purchase. It absolutely was - I was very careful to ensure this. I have not had to raise a claim with any other retailer. This has deterred me from buying from Oka again in the future. Given others have also had poor experience with Oka, I think they should cease their affiliation with top cashback rather than generate excuses to decline legitimate claims.

Don't know why cashback has been declined by Oka even though I didn't use any promotional code and paid full price for my order. Suggest Oka not to be listed on TBC if unable to honour cashback.

I purchased a rug from OKA 3 years ago for £849.15 and am STILL chasing my cashback of £67.93. 7 'nudges' later, still no response or resolution. I am sure everyone can appreciate that when making quite a large purchase, you make it your mission to ensure you follow every Cashback procedure required, so that you can earn the Cashback advertised. I will keep everyone updated on how many 'nudges' it takes to have this matter resolved.
