	Never book a holiday through these guys. I made the mistake of doing so only to be contacted the following day with some excuse saying it was no longer available at that price & I would need to pay more. I cancelled and will never use again, terrible customer service.

	used OTB last summer for our Turkish holiday and within 2 days the £66.81 had tracked and was payable within the month, used OTB today for a cheep winter get away and £33.31 already tracked. fingers crossed its payable just as quick and i was not charged overly for using a debit card.

	Brilliant - tracked within a couple of days and paid cashback almost instantly! I paid a deposit which tracked quickly and thought that was it but On the Beach tracked my final payment too and gave me cashback on that too. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend!

	Very poor.After falling foul before on other sites I was very careful to not enter any voucher codes or move off the site after going through topcash back but cashback of 70 pounds has still been refused.please be very wary as cashback is not always paid.This took nearly a year to even get a response from the company !!!

	Booked accommodation on Saturday 13th July 2013 - £101.00 came payable today (16th July 2013) - may have just been lucky but a blisteringly fast tracking experience!!!! Just hope the hotel room is as good as the cash back experience..

	They advertise flights that don't exist at a price you can't book them at if they did. "Bookings" you make on the site are only booking requests and are not confirmed until later in the day when the flight you wanted may have sold out or gone up in price. Rubbish, with rude customer service too. Would never use again or recommend.

	Over the years I have used several different travel organisations for the purchase of hotel accommodation. With the exception of this company all of my transactions have tracked and cashback has been paid. This time, for reasons unknown, cashback has been declined. Since several competitors offer the same hotels at similar or lower prices and are reliable payers of cashback I will not be a customer of this firm again. My advice to others is to exercise caution before dealing with On The Beach.

	Haven't been on the holiday yet but can't fault the speed and rate of the cashback!! A little slow showing the tracking which worried me slightly but after that perfect!

	I will never use this website again to book a holiday. Not only did they miss sell the holiday as 4star when it clearly wasnt, they have ignored all complaint letters, emails etc and they have now just declined my topcashback claim as well. Total shambles cannot recommend them based on my experiences.

	Bought a holiday with 'onthebeach' expected £27.64 cashback never tracked. Topcashback have been chasing and according to topcashback lots of transactions have not been tracked or paid by merchant. No problem with holiday just don't expect cashback!!!!!

	Annoying hidden costs like baggage extra not clear till you get to complete the purchase.Lets face who goes on holiday without luggage. also outrageous extortionate charges for using a debit card. debit card use should be free I was charged £17.50 for a holiday under £1000 that is outrageous!!!

	Cashback never tracked put in manual claim and 2 years later am told my cashback would not be paid out. Beware you might not get your cashback so dont booked with this company on the basis of the cashback.

	I thought there would be a problem when my cashback did not track by the next day. I was owed £27 and I had invoice number and booking reference and was told that the company had tracked my booking to someone else!! I have been using Topcashback for years and so I know that all over searches have to be shut down and that one has to click through the site when booking and this was all done. Just think the retailer were using this as an excuse to avoid paying the cashback. Very disappointed as there is no excuse for this sort of sharp practice. Holiday booked was ok but no frills airline turned out to be Ryanair too which I will never fly with again!
