I took out car insurance in March 2014 and was paid in Late January 2016. Top cashBack were great and really pushed One Call....but I dis get paid in the end......TOP CASH BACK ARE GREAT!!!

I purchased my insurance in January 2014 and the insurance tracked but has not paid out. It's been 6 months, when it was meant to pay out in 12 weeks! This is the first time I have not received cashback from an insurance company. Will not be renewing my insurance with them.

Again, its a good product but I am still awaiting cashback for this purchase that was made in November 2013 - estimated 12 weeks and I am still waiting - Top Cashback is also not responding to my enquiry the payment has been tracked and is confirmed but I am still awaiting payment.

Good deal, lot cheaper than my previous insurance for same level of cover, customer service and documents received in excellent timing - unfortunately I made the purchase in November and am still waiting for my cashback.

Good price insurance, which I cannot fault. Transaction in November Cashback failed to track - manual claim processed and is now showing confirmed. Unsure when will become payable as no stats on merchant to say any have been paid?!#
