	Awful! Cashback declined after a very long query process - even though they had all the policy details. Also, the insurance cover wasn't as good as my previous insurer. I'll never use One Call or Topcashback Compare again!

	Purchased in March 2014 - Cashback showing as confirmed but has been sat there like this for months - no sign of any payment - avoid

	Purchased in March 2014 - 8 months later still no cashback received so my advice would be AVOID One Call and look elsewhere for your insurance.

	Be aware - it is not clear anywhere until you receive the policy documents what the compulsary excess is, and mine was £600. Add that to the voluntary excess and it is ridiculous. Had to fight tooth and nail to cancel the policy and not incur the £55 cancellation fee. I managed to convince them not to charge me by giving screen shots where they clearly didn't indicate anywhere what the excess was going to be.
