My order arrived smashed to pieces due to inadequate packaging. They promised a full refund and offered and inducement if I took the bad review off Amazon. That was one month ago, still no refund, still no communication. Never again.

Like a lot of the comments before mine I am extremely unsatisfied with this company. I ordered goods that were all in stock on the site and the free delivery advised that it would be sent by Royal Mail. I had still not received my order on the 6th November and had not heard anything from them. According to them it is acceptable that my order was only sent 31st October and that Royal Mail takes 15 days to deliver. I am making a complaint via email but they seem very unwilling to read my complaint properly and concern themselves with providing only vague or standardized answers.

Well what can I say about this company apart from they are Shocking!
I ordered 3 items 3 and a half weeks ago nothing after a week so I emailed them took them 5 days to get back to my email and was told it had been picked so no chance of can cancelling it, I wait ANOTHER 2 weeks and it has turned up today with one item missing! I have been on the phone holding for nearly 1 hour while I am writing this which is disgraceful, how many operators do they have 1 or is it everyone is complaining about them.
Avoid at all costs never have I come across such a bad company I will never use again and will be telling everyone I know the same!
From posting my reviews LOTS of people have had the same and even saying the good reviews are posted by staff members i can quite believe that!!

I ordered Optrex for infected eyes on May 29th and by June 6th I still hadn't received product. Conjunctivitis isn't nice so really wanted it to arrive quick! I checked the order status on website and all the original costs I had paid were different and it still hadn't been dispatched. I got in touch with customer service and also opened a Paypal dispute (I always try and use Paypal then at least you have a leg to stand on). I got a response less than an hour later to say order had been cancelled! I got a refund through Paypal though. Not impressed. Don't use them. Also didn't track either!

Ordered on a Wed. One week later - Site said and still says, "items are in stock"
I didn't receive an email saying not in stock or receive an answer to any emails sent.
They state "We inform you if items are out of stock" NO THEY DON'T
They state "We answer enquiries with 12 Hrs" NO THEY DON'T at all.
"Live help" is usually dead.

I bought from this company and had the items shipped to Switzerland. I paid via PayPal for the goods and the shipping. However, a few days after, I get an email, asking me for another £13.00 for shipping charges as the order exceeded the maximum weight limit and needed to be shipped by courier. I found that very odd, as their website should be able to realise that instead of them getting in contact with me afterwards. However, I then received my goods without a problem but also received an extra invoice for customs clearance for over £60.00. This is outrageous as I have not been notified at all that this is my responsibility. How do I know that there are custom charges???? The company replied to my complaint stating that this is a clause in their terms & conditions but they can not tell me when this clause was added...it looks to me as if the clause was added in a rush, as there are some typing mistakes and it is the last sentence on that section! It all seems a bit fishy to me and their customer service is just unbelievable. They told me that they will cover the costs and a few minutes later they wrote another email stating that they will NOT cover the costs and it was just a typing mistake!!!!! I would never ever buy from them again as it seems a bit of a shambles and I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone!

Appalling. They advertised a product that they revealed 72 hours later was out of stock. They then took three weeks to despatch the item I ordered instead - and asked me to pay the difference. Stick to the pharmacy specialists, this crew run their pharmacy site simply as one of many shopping sites.

WASTE OF TIME! Placed an order with a value of £35 or so, tracked as an order of £7.71, giving 38p cashback. Order took a week to dispatch as one item was out of stock apparerntly, then when it arrived, this out of stock item was not included and they sent something completely unrelated instead. Emailed customer services who replied (same day) with an unhelpful reply about sending goods back that are faulty or unwanted. Sent the wrong items back for refund or correct items, never heard back from them since. Complete shambles.

Dreadful, dreadful retailer. Purchase tracked for a sale of £2 when I spent over £13. The postage discount code I was offered did not work and the wrong amount was refunded to rectify it. Item hadn't arrived after 6 days despite paying for 1st class post. Customer service then told me my order was out of stock and they would refund my payment. Then I got another email saying it had actually been shipped. Then I got yet another email syaing it was out of stock! I literally have no idea what's going on. Avoid at all costs..even if their products are slighty cheaper, it's just not worth the hassle.

My order arrived reasonably quickly given that I placed it over a Bank Holiday weekend, and the products I ordered are excellent value. Cashback tracked quickly but not correctly - the total is considerably lower than the value of the order I placed - so I have had to submit a claim, which I doubt will be resolved quickly!

I paid £6.98 for next day delivery, a week and a half later and I am still waiting. I have emailed the website and been told I need to take it up with Royal Mail myself. The customer service has been appalling and I will certainly not be using this company again.

I spent £7.78 expecting 39p cashback but it has only tracked at a purchase of 98p with 4p cashback. The item was a bargain though with fast delivery (recorded) and good communication.

Tracked very quickly and unlike other online pharmacy with higher cashback, my total order arrived within a few days. However, the cashback I received was less than I had expected so possibly some items are exempt, such as the dog food.
