6 months since group policy purchased with a £75 expected cashback but othing tracked and no response to tickets or weekly nudges. ANOTHER high value cashback claim that has never been paid and received no feedback...

Used twice, so far. Tracked and paid quickly. I am about to use them again. No idea how good their services are, as have not had to make a claim so far. They are one of the cheapest around, and seem to cover all the relavent areas without huge excesses. I'd recommend them.

Find it hard to offer any star rating for this company. Although insurance was good value no sign of promised cashback been chasing since April 2012. Keep contacting TCB to chase but getting nowhere.

Took out some insurance for my mother in law who was travelling to New Zealand. Excellent product and cheapest by miles for someone her age. Cashback was tracked immediately but unfortunately has not yet been paid even though it was due on 30/11/2010. This will be my first failed payment and tcb have advised me that they are chasing it so we'll just have to wait and see.
