Please read their Trustpilot reviews before taking a single step. Their sales tactic is to trick you into accepting extras you don't need, and then making it hard to cancel. My advice to anyone looking into a broadband deal but limited to only a few provided, would be to get a sims-only plan with unlimited data

No cash back and too many hidden charges
Too many hidden charges. Spend more than you actually think, require you to use their free services, and need to proactively cancel the service. If you don‘t cancel, you will be charged automatically. I will not use it again in the future, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

No cashback tracked
Ordered broadband on 27th September. No cashback tracked so put in a missing cashback claim. I try sending a nudge every month, but this is still listed as waiting for retailer. I would not recommend factoring in the cashback amount from this company if doing a comparison on different broadband providers.
