Cash back never tracks with Orlebar Brown. I have had to raise a ticket every time, which can take months (sometimes over a year) to resolve. On occasion they have also not paid out

On two occasions, the purchase from this retailer didnt track, despite following all the instructions to ensure claims track. Took over 12 months to resolve and even then the retailer didnt honour the cashback.
