Tracked quickly, but not at the stated rate. I paid £69.00 + £4.95 P&P & cashback has come in at £5.74 based on a purchase amount of £56.92 - this is less than the pre-VAT price of the goods excl. P&P. Not a big deal, but not what is stated by the TopCashBack rate of 10.1% (with no mention of VAT).

However the time between being despatched and delivered was over a week, so if you are going to buy from Orvis for Christmas Presents would advise to allow extra time for delivery.

Although their merchandise is on the expensive side, the quality of goods and their service is superb. Their clothes is a pleasure to wear. They have a good return policy and staff have been extremely helpful. Their cashback rate is generous.
