Tracked quickly but after 18 months, cashback was refused saying "the transaction references were incorrect" Wrong, they were Otel.coms own references. Never mind, since then I have chosen to spend my "hard earned" with other companies.

18 months on and finally told won't be getting any cashback paid due to incorrect reference which isn't true - don't use them if you're just doing it for the cashback

After waiting 18 months Otel have turned around and told me that I was not entitled to the cashback. There are plenty of other companies I can do business with this NOT being one.

I booked back in early May 2012 - but still has not tracked. I have sent in a Cashback Claim that has been sent to retailer by Topcashback a few weeks later - since then sent a couple of nudges. Still 'pending from retailer' so until it's sorted out have booked with other retailers

Had an outstanding cash back claim since 28 Apr 2011 and still no response. I understand the process and know a claim can take several months to be investigated- but 1.5 years is taking the Michael...

Tried to book a specific hotel on Otel.com through Top Cashback but was told it was unavailable. When I went direct on Otel.com it WAS available. Booked anyway but disappointed not to get any cashback.

Good cashback rate, site easy to use if you know which hotel you're after. Tracked a day or so after the transaction - let's hope it moves to payable quickly.
Tip: I did a comparison on trivago.co.uk to find the best rate for my preferred hotel, then clicked through to Otel.com directly from TopCashBack to earn the cashback :)

Accommodation was booked in June 2010 and was of a reasonable standard. Despite posting an enquiry and several nudges I'm still waiting for my cash back 12 months later! Customer service non existent.

I have used Otel for various hotel bookings in the past and am delighted to see they are now included in Top Cashback. Hotel prices on this site are usually very good and they give you 5% back to use against future bookings. Now there is cashback in addition - can't be bad and can't wait to book with them again.
