Awful from start to finish. Furniture turned up weeks late and with no assembly pack. Also missing the covers that I paid for. Customer service is shocking.

Awful to deal with but I did eventually get the garden furniture about 6 weeks later than they said I would. Then they tried to get out of paying the cashback, I currently have a missing cashback claim open with TopCashback
