Terrible!!!!!
We ordered 2 scooters through topcashback back in September (both apparently in stock) Money was taken immediately. A couple of days later a voicemail was left saying actually one wasn't in stock so unless they heard otherwise, both would be sent following a delivery on 26th November!! We tried calling their customer service number many times, however this is never answered. The sales team pick up very quickly (as expected) but are unable to transfer to customer services or deal with complaint. On recieving Octs bank statement i discovered we'd been charged an extra £360, and of course no one would answer the customer service phone for a refund. After ranting to the sales dept, they are apparently going to do a refund, so time will tell. This company has terrible customer services, so if something goes wrong with your order, good luck!! And finally, no surprises, but the cashback didn't track. Just as well as hopefully the whole order has now been cancelled. Buyer beware!!
