Cashback for Owners Direct should be £18 but it tracked under HomeAway at 2% (a much lower rate). I'm not holding my breath about whether or not it's paid.

Update on my earlier post. Despite Topcash trying to chase this up, Owners Direct still refuse to pay out saying they cannot identify my claim. This is a cop-out and frankly I think it looks bad on Topcash to continue to promote this merchant. DO NOT TOUCH.

This merchant should NOT be on TopCash. They do not honour their offer. I put in a missing claim for this merchant and 4 months on, I've heard nothing. If they haven't the decency to honour their offer they should just get lost and not mislead people. Never again will I EVER use this firm. I do not appreciate being taken for a ride.

It's not initially clear from the advert that this is only for rentals, and I think it's a swindle. Very disappointed with Topcashback.

I have been advertising my holiday home with Owners Direct since 2005. At the end of 2012, I came across this link and renewed my subscription expecting 21% cashback (over an amount of £189). It did not track, but Top Cashback helped me in reclaiming £37.80 after 6 weeks.
At the end of 2013, my subscription was again up for renewal, and I again clicked through to Owners Direct via this link. Again, it did not track, but this time, even with Top Cashback mediation, Owners Direct refused to pay the £39.80 cashback over the £199 paid. I contacted Owners Direct support directly and they stated, 'the topcashback is eligible only for new adverts'. I explained to them that nowhere is this mentioned in their merchant notes on Top Cashback. It just states '...must purchase a yearly or 6-monthly subscription.' Owners Direct were not interested in a resolution, and their merchant notes have not been updated (see the merchant notes of their parent company Homeaway to see how clearly it is shown there - 'Property Owner - New Listing Subscription'). I am extremely disappointed with Owners Direct and with their unwillingness to rectify what is clearly false advertising here. If you are renewing your advert with Owners Direct, don't bother to use this link.

Sane thing happened to me when I renewed with Owner's Direct last April spending 238.80 ( or £199.00 without vat). Same answer as jeanc19 received even though all purchase was made via Top cash back and tracked. Don't think Owners direct will honour cash back and should remove their offer from the top cash back site.

I have renewed my subscription with owners direct through topcashback for 2 successive years and on both occasions owners direct have declined to pay up, saing that referral came from another channel, without specifying the "other channel". I also made sure that every time I visited owners direct website during the 12 months prior to renewing subscription I did so through topcashback, so I know that it could not have come through another referral. Seems to me that owners direct have no intention of honouring their agreement with topcashback. It would be interesting to hear if anyone has been successful
