We have used P4D a number of times when their prices has been better than other brokers or our regular carriers. No carrier / broker will be cheapest on all quotes. All paperwork has been available promptly. To date all out cashback has tracked quickly and been paid with no difficulty.

Don't think you will ever get your cashback from these guys. I have EIGHT claims running which span the months 23rd Oct 2012 to 2nd Jan 2013. The claim values are only 48p, 60p and 90p a time, so paying me a measly total of £4.92 for a £98.34 total spend wouldn't kill them, yet SEVEN MONTHS ON, THEY STILL WON'T HONOUR THE CASHBACK THEY STATED THEY WOULD PAY. When I am conned like this, I do go and find other places to spend my money, so P4D, consider yourselves a customer lost (thankfully, by ditching P4D, I did find a far more competitive courier reseller for my regular shipping orders)

Just a good broker. I got loads of quotes for two heavy cartons to Canada. P4D's Fedex service and Worldwide Parcel Services were best equal. Fedex were helpful too, sorting-out my bungled papers and offering to come back the same day (you need three waybills and three invoices apparently). Now, fixing this from the fedex call centre doesn't work. They ask you to call P4D in some kind of chinese whispers system. I don't know if the cheapest UK couriers like Hermes and Collectplus are the same. But this could be why the broker gets a bad review for a cheapskate courier service: go direct if your ebay business depends on something like Hermes or Collectplus.

Cashback didn't track. Launched a claim which took ten months to resolve. Would not use again.

I have had nothing but trouble with p4d and at the moment am taking them to court for false advertising and mis-sale of goods act 1981. Where do I start? I sell on eBay and offer next day delivery , my items are large so they cannot be lost easily. If the couriers bother to turn up to collect, the items do not get delivered next day. They give me the wrong paperwork, wrong tracking details or no paperwork. Then to top it off once the collect items go missing and are lost and never delivered . All this through Yodel. P4d customer service has been useless , broken promises, lies & a general cant be bothered , I don't really care attitude. I am now out of pocket by £100's as I have had to refund customers in full & basically have no hope of getting my money back from p4d or Yodel. I am a very small business and cannot sustain losses like these. Avoid p4d & avoid Yodel
