Ok, happy with delivery, but even though I followed their instructions online, they claimed my parcel was too big and as such owed them money.

Basically Parcel2Go have damaged an item of mine and i'm £195 out of pocket. I was aware the item was on the restricted list (toilet pan) but it was extremely well packed and should have been safe. It arrived smashed to pieces and in all honesty Parcel2Go couldn't have cared less. Avoid using at any cost, seems soon as there's an issue they'll just wash there hands of it. Their restricted items list basically allows any drivers to beat the cr*p out of the parcels as they know there will be no comeback to them. Shocking service, cheesy responses to emails, you can sense they're not bothered.

Transaction tracked, then two weeks later P2G declined it. Why? Parcels were successfully delivered. Con Merchants who want your custom but do not want to pay out a few pennies to customers

Parcel2go provide a Rubbish service - Multiple occasions of pick ups missed & deliveries missed, Despite taking contact details during the booking process when problems arrive there is zero attempt to sender/receiver to resolve any problem, If delivery is unsuccessful it takes 7-10 days for your parcel to be returned, No surprise the complete absence of any customer service, feedback or complaints procedure, Disjointed service using multiple providers, ie drop off points, carriers etc, I now actively avoid this rubbish service provider, better I pay a little extra for a reliable service

I have inccured numerous problems with this company that I am now sick of it. Every time I have sent out a parcel with parcel2go, they either don't collect the parcel, lose my item, say they haven't got my parcel, charge me for collection of parcel and then I have to go drop it off, give my parcel to a neighbour so my customer doesn't end up receiving it and don't even let my customer know of this or attempt delivery and don't go back to deliver it for a very long period of time. Whenever I then go to contact the comoany they do absolutely nothing about it, there customer service is also rude and unhelpful. They never sort out the problem and always try blaming my customers when it has nothing to do with them. PARCEL2GO is absolutely rubbish. I have never in my whole entire life reviewed a company or wrote bad about a company but PARCEL2GO is absolutely disgusted that It left me with no choice but to write a review so everyone is aware of there service. The amount of times they have lost my parcels and don't even compensate for it and make me receive a big loss as I have to compensate my customers and I also lose out on the items I am sending it's just absolutely disguting even taking it up with a manager makes no difference at all THEY DO NOTHING AT ALL! At this rate they will definitely be losing a lot of customers! Piece of advise- YOU RATHER PAY THE EXTRA 10-20p but use a different, more reliable company! You will end up losing a lot more trying to save the pennies with this company

Well cashback what cashback, thought I'd give them a try as they were on here. Waste of time, didn't track and after more than a year it's finally been declined. Superb of TCB for trying though, wont be using them again as they wasn't that cheap anyway. Going to Hermes direct and dropping off my parcels has saved me a fortune. Given them a go https://www.myhermes.co.uk easy price bandings for weights so on some things they even wipe the floor with Royal Mail.

Irrelevant now that cashback is not offered, but never tracked, took a year to get a response after submitting a claim, final outcome was "not customer's first order" which is a lie. Would be wary of using again unless they are truly the cheapest option around.
