AVOID
absolutely appalling service. Booked a parcel, made an error with one of the sides measurements for the box. They got back to me saying Fedex charged extra and gave me the measurements of the parcel which FEDEX provided them which were incorrect : two sides had wrong measurements on their end. I had photographic evidence for those two sides to prove that Fedex made a mistake. Lewis Enfiled from Parcelcompare flat out refused to submit an appeal to Fedex to question an extra charge of £40 stating they would need the evidence for all three sides. Complete bonkers! I kept explaining that I am questioning two sides only as didn't manage to take full photo of thrid side due to parcel being large and I was on my own trying to take a photo and holding tape measure in two paces! Nope, he just refuses to submit appeal
Plus they went ahead and took money from my card for extra weight adjustment without my prior knowledge. Now go and try to get money back from them
No contact number, nothing
When I asked him about his supervisor he proceeded to ignore my request.
I think it is a one-man company, to be honest.
I would avoid it.
First and last time booking with them.
Transglobal is the place to go to instead of parcelcompare.

Do not use this company. We shipped a sink that was professionally packaged (from manufacturers) and they smashed that £150 sink into bits and charged us £40 for an enhanced insurance that they say now does not cover the damage. The sink is in bits. They had the cheek to offer us £15 credit that needed to be used by them in the next 10 days - what for them to smash up again? Thieves. DO NOT USE!

AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING' ,,,,,We sent a box to the USA and AFTER it was delivered DHL who Parcelcompare used to send our box said it was bigger than we said and nearly DOUBLE the weight A weight an OAP like myself could not LIFT to weigh in the first place Parcelcompare asked for photographic evidence from us of our box but REFUSED to give any from DHL !! This has gone on for over 2 weeks and causing us OAP’s great stress which with us being in the highest Covid tier is terrible WE SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR APPALLING REVIEW SCORE FIRST AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company I had never used before and they were brilliant quick pickup and quick delivery to Netherlands absolutely no problems what so ever used twice now and definitely recommend them to anyone shipping overseas or UK. Very good rates and cheapest by far overseas .
