Brochure request tracks correctly, yet company refused to pay saying they could not trace my détails despite receiving catalogue.
Repeated for my new address, again received the catalogue quickly, but again declined the cashback for the brochure request, so do you think I will trust them to pay cashback on a Holiday?!?
Just check the reviews from this/last year. IMO this is just a scam. TopCashBack should stop offering this company.

Requested brochure, tracked at zero, thus I will not book from this company on principle. If they cannot honour a 20p promise, how good would they be with a customer complaint?

Requested a brochure, which I received and now also receive regular emails from them too. However, despite this I have received zero cashback after trying to get this for over 5 months as they declined to pay as they claim they can not trace my brochure request.

Requested brochure a long time ago, so requested one for this year. Was not rejected, perhaps because I unsubscribed a long time ago from their emails, or they may allow one brochure request a year. If I remember and do get paid I will confirm one request a year is allowed, or not.
