	Top Cash Back came to the rescue! The cash back did initially track and payout at a 5th of the amount that it should. I put a ticket in. Then TCB came back within a day and topped it up and paid out instantly. Thank you.

	Declined cashback saying unauthorised promo code used, not true! Declined cashback saying unauthorised promo code used, this is simply not true, I have been using TCB for many years now and I know the rules. It's a scam, judging by the other reviews, Parkdean Resorts do this often. Beware!

	DON'T BOTHER BOOKING FOR CASHBACK I have had 2 lots of cashback refused. The first was booked in June 2023 and fully paid as went in July. This was refused cashback. Then a holiday fully paid in March 2024, just been refused again after going in June. Really dont bother booking through cashback if you're looking for money back as you won't get it. Not happy at all

	Systems obviously don't work. Tracked but rejected as TCB wasn't the last handover.... complete nonsense but they can't tell me what was. Does TCB audits these companies. or are they on here just as click bait!

	Refused amount Same as below. Claim rejected. I don’t know why topcash back continue this brand. I’ve just booked another holiday via them and the wait for payable amount went from 12 weeks to now, N/A. It’s a joke.

	Refused cashback Same as everyone else, refused cashback. On appeal they said we used an unauthorised discount code however there was no discount code used.

	Waste of time Declined cashback after being supplied all the correct information, seems to be a reoccurring theme. Won't be booking with them again well done on losing another customer through your dishonest practices.

	DONT BOTHER !! Cashback declined 9 months later, seems to be a trend with them, just look at the reviews. TopCashback you should not use this company for false promises !!

	No cashback from parkdean - avoid Despite supplying all information regarding our booking, parkdean have declined the cashback. Don't waste your time with parkdean, book elsewhere As for their parks, poor quality accomodation and food on site is awful

	Cashback didn't track and case declined Was expecting £20 cashback but was refused as 'TopCashBack were not the last referrer'. Case closed. As I clicked via TCB and ordered straight away, this is not my issue. Very disappointed.

	Don't Bother Doesn't track correctly, purchase amount tracked come in at less than 25% of actual cost of holiday so ended up losing over £50 in cashback. Can't be bothered to chase and argue the toss as it will only fall on deaf ears.

	Very poor Tracked but after waiting 5 months and still showing pending I contacted customer support who got it upgraded to confirmed then went to declined after a week . Do not depend on the cashback.

	Poor. Still waiting to get cashback over six months later. And it has been reduced twice because it incorrectly tracked. Possibly the worst experience with cashback in all the years I've been on here and customer service fell short when asking.

	Tracked incorrectly at £103.48 instead of £119.00, which meant my 5% cashback was short. No satisfactory explanation given for the shortfall.
