Order was a week late which meant I had to go out and buy other items for my daughters communion. Saying that I have purchased items from this retailer and this has never happened before. Customer service was excellent.

Never received my order - retailer said an attempt at delivery was made on 3 seperate occasions and a card was left - if this was the case, instead of contacting the company asking where my order was, i definitely would have been out collecting my order as it was for my daughters 21st birthday party. I was left with 2 days to make alternate arrangements....not at all impressed.

The site has a good range of party stuff. That i have no issue with. However when my purchase tracked it has tracked nearly £10 lower than my actual purchase rate. It may seem like a small amount at a CB rate of 7.57% but every little helps. Will update when get paid

Very fast cashback and delivery! I realised a day after my order that I had forgotten something, so called them. The order had already been packed but they sent me the extra stuff separately and didn't charge me delivery! -excellent service!
