Quick response
I regularly use Payingtoomuch for my travel insurance. Cashback from my recent purchase in July did not appear on my account, I raised a claim. I very quickly received a response, the cashback was tracked and payable. Recommend PTM.

You'll be very lucky if they pay you cashback
Like others have said, I went through the whole process, through TCB, and within minutes, they had declined cashback. I raised this with the customer service team, but this didn't get me anywhere. Very disappointed...

They don't pay the cashback
In common with many other reviewers here, they don't actually pay any cashback - they simply decline it with no explanation. I wouldn't have used them if I had known this. I will make a formal complaint to them and will proceed to the Insurance Ombudsman if they don't pay up.
TopCashback should decline dealing with them any further as they are clearly breaking their contract with them..

PayingTooMuch except when it comes to Cashback
Went through the whole process of completing the detailed questionnaire on pre-existing medical conditions for annual travel insurance and got a range of quotes to choose from and selected the cover we required then purchased the insurance policy.
Within half an hour checked my TopCashback account to find that PayingTooMuch had declined the 25% cashback payable with no explanation. I had not used any discount codes/vouchers and completed my purchase online immediately so had complied with all their terms & conditions for earning cashback.
I had to phone them to cancel the policy today (within the 14 day cooling off period) as it was clear that the advertised 25% cashback was not going to be paid as has been experienced by other members of TopCashback.
I now have to start from scratch again inputting all the information to get quotes for travel insurance and just wish I had read the recent reviews and not wasted my time with PayingTooMuch!

Scam
Paid over £380 for my insurance and was due £81 cashback. 2 months later they declined the cashback. Don't use if your expecting them to honour the deal
