They immediately rejected the cashback with no valid reason. Awful customer service from them too, untrustworthy and very slow to rectify issues that shouldn't have occurred in the first place.

Appalling. Avoid.
Appalling service. Do not buy from this company. Original order was delivered late, and with the promised gift with purchase, plus I've been waiting a month for a refund. Customer service team just say there's a delay (you don't say!) and that they're sorry. Just avoid them. Date of experience: 09 February 2023

Six months after buying through Topcashback, I'm still waiting for cash back from Penhaligon's. Apparently the problem is with them rather than this site but still, this is very poor.
