	Still waiting for cashback to be confirmed 3 months later. If no cashback forthcoming will not deal with again. No reason for it as I paid immediately.

	i placed an order that hadn't shipped after a week, but for which they had taken my money. when i contacted their customer services, they informed me that one of the products in my order had been discontinued, but they said they would ship the other item in my order. a couple days later after i emailed them to ask when it would be shipped they informed me that the second item in my order was out of stock so they couldn't complete my order. basically, if i hadn't contacted them about my order, they would have kept my money and not sent me anything. i have not had a response from them after pointing this out to them, however they did refund my money after a week and a half. i would recommend ordering from petplanet or petsathome, both of which have been excellent.

	Made a purchase in August that did not track so submitted enquiry, now it seems that Pet Supermarket have rejected my claim and said that the cashback has gone somewhere else! I certainly will not bother with them again!

	Quite simply they have no customer service and after I tried to cancel an item due to a delay in sending the order they sent it and responded to my email shortly afterwards, I asked for the item to be refunded and for them to collect it and they refused. They also sent a used item and refused to take the return. They have little care for their customers only their profit margins, I have switched from them to Pet Planet and ZooPlus who both value their customers and help when there is a problem. I have complained and made reviews elsewhere and they will not help settle the matter.

	First time I have used this company, but certainly not the last. Got fiver off as first time customer, with free delivery as spent over the amount required. Prices good, with special deals on that were very competitive. Delivery within a few days. Cashback went to confirmed straight away. What's not to like? Great stuff!!

	Would not use this supplier again. After trying to contact this supplier by phone all morning, with no reply, I queried delivery of an item ordered online 15th September I was advised: "it has until 27th sep at the latest to arrive with you. Super saver delivery is delivery within 7 working days." Not 7 days..................In this case that is 12 days, and useless to me. No reason given for failure to answer the phone. NO apology if this is inconvenient. Order your dog-food well in advance if you want to buy from these people (4 day delivery from Pets at home TopCashback
