Never tracks, extreme resistance to payout
Their purchases never track. It's a pet insurance company that dont seem to understand that insurance is purchased annually, so ever year you have to argue that the purchase is legitimate, it is just another year (same dog). Follow their T&Cs, yet they only pay out £30 rather than the advertised £80.
Do not recommend as it is a constant struggle
