Cashback Declined For no good reason
Tookout policy of over £750 per year. Cashback tracked without any codes.
Petsure decline the cashback without any reason or jusification.
Don't believe their lies in getting you to sign up through topcashback

Cashback declined
Like others have written my cashback was also declined for no reason. Also can't lodge a claim for this retailer. My policy was for over £1000 for a year so I'm rather disappointed. I was a pre existing customer for 2 of my other dogs but this policy was for a 3rd dog. It also doesn't say one of the conditions are you have to be a new customer so no idea why it was declined

Don't bother, cashback is tracked then declined.
I still have an active policy with them and I pay them every month.
it is also not possible to contest through customer service :(

They rejected my cashback!
I took out brand new cat insurance with them, didn't use any voucher codes or any other offers and have been continuously paying a direct debit and yet they rejected my cash back. When I tried to claim it, I was told something about the retailer expiring with their affiliate network, whatever that means. Very poor.
