I spent almost £3,000 on ferry crossings on the Hull-Zeebrugge route between April and September 2018. Cashback never logged and have been fobbed off continuously by Top Cashback support ever since. All of the amounts show on my past purchases and every one is showing as £0.00 and also showing as "claimed". £3,000 and £0.00 cashback??? Looking to book P&O again for the November armistice but will be booking via another cashback provider as this level of service is just not acceptable

Poor, cash back didn't track and P&O are not interested. Nearly £800 in cash back, this is the first negative review posted. Would have purchased anyway but feels like a bit of a swizz

Complete waste of time. Failed to track so raised a missing cashback claim and waited 4 months for payment to reduce to £0. Topcashback unable to give an answer as to why payment was refused
