I used to travel regularly with P&O but I had a cash back claim submitted to them for well over a year to which I have just been declined cash back even though I purchased through Top Cashback. The most frustrating thing of all is that, after waiting over a year, P&O have not provided a reason as to why they have not paid out their cash back to me. It's Stena Line for me in future!!

On 21/5/15 wanted to pay £79per person using SSFLAT code but refused. Rung up and was told that offer finished 31/4/15. So had to pay £484 instead of £79x5 = £395.

On a positive note two of my bookings (Hull to Rotterdam/Zeebrugge) tracked but for some reason my third booking did not. I raised a claim and P & O declined my claim and did not provide a reason.
