Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting cashback?
  • If you click to retrieve a quote you have generated previously via another source and then purchase, or if you generate a quote directly via the Post Office website and then come back later to retrieve the quote and purchase, you will not be eligible for cashback.
  • You will not be eligible for cashback if the policy has been cancelled or terminated in any fashion.
  • You will not be eligible for cashback if there has been any fraudulent activity in connection with your application.
  • You will not be eligible for cashback if a quote is generated online via TopCashback but you then telephone Post Office or go in branch to complete the purchase of cover.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
  • You must have registered your BACS details with us in order to get cashback from this merchant.
  • Cashback is only available on new policies, renewed policies are not eligible.
  • Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the Post Office website directly via the TopCashback link, generate a new quote and purchase from Post Office in the same session.
  • Your policy must be continuously in force for at least 90 days and all policy payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will only be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you after this time period.
  • You must ensure that you have third party cookie tracking enabled on your device on which you make the application and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window.
  • Cashback is offered by TopCashback. Any cashback queries should be taken up with TopCashback, not Post Office.

What to do when
