Very Slow
I used "cash back" from the Post Office whilst buying insurance for my pet, however that was June 2023, they finally approved the cash back April 2024.

Poor. I waited around 15 months for my cashback to reach payable despite repeatedly chasing this. After a year I moved pet insurance as a result of their slow payout.

It advises 8 weeks for payment, I took pet insurance out in november 2016 and still await payment in may 2017, i make that over 5 months now?!?
