I was offered a very low price for the gold I sent them. When I said I would like my items returned the extremely unpleasant woman I was talking to tried to convince me that I would not get a better offer elsewhere. I asked several times to have my gold returned to me and she repeatedly asked me what I was expecting for it. Having given her a figure she made me several bids below this figure before eventually agreeing to my asking price. I ended up wih almost double her first offer. I found the whole episode most unpleasant and will certainly never deal with them again.

Pack turned up the next day and i sent it off but they then offered me a tenth of the price and tried telling me that some of my jewellery was silver when it was definately gold!!! Received the pack back minus two items. I phoned them and they said they would locate them but no joy there!!! I will never use one of these companies again!!

gold pack turned up the next day, they received gold the day after and they phoned me with an offer the same day. it was a low offer so i used the hatton site to get the price of gold /g and quoted it to them and they doubled their offer. it's worth doing your research and find out what the current price for gold is so you can see if they are giving you a fair offer.
