It is fair to say that many members who have chosen to leave a review after using Priceline on TopCashback have not been pleased with their experience, stating their transaction did not track, tracked at zero or was not paid out. However, there are some positive comments, including “all good and reached payable quickly”. Another member states that although it was a bit slow coming through, they received their cashback in the end.

Although I've paid in full for Priceline accomodation and it's completely non refundable if I don't turn up Priceline are saying they won't consider paying until 'after we've used the accomodation' in October! Completely unreasonable and I won't use them again in the future I'll stick to Expedia

Priceline always has problems, it is either not tracked at all or tracked at zero amount or lower amount than expected.

Booked accomodation in March 2016 for 2 stays in June last year. Tracked at £0 so I raised a claim. Was told the claim was on hold until 90 days after checkout date. Claims were forwarded to Priceline in Sept 2016. 2 nudges and a further 8 months the claims are still showing as waiting for merchant. Not optimistic that anything will ever be paid.

DO NOT USE!! After a protracted time trying to get my Cashback, today Priceline has told me that they have nothing to do with TCB. They dont even appear to know that they advertise on TCB. Denying all knowledge. TCB however sticking to their guns saying the ball's in Priceline's court. Utter shambles. TCB should remove Priceline from the site.

Priceline have rejected my cashback for no reason. Absolutely disgusted. Do not assume a booking via TCB will result in cashback actually being paid.

Very poor merchant. Cashback failed to track and was declined when a ticket was raised. No reasons provided for the decision reached, which was unsurprising as there was no valid basis for them to adopt that position.

About a year & a half since I booked with them & only now, after putting in a claim, sending nudges, etc, do I find that they have declined my cashback. No reason given, likle others here. Seems some people think they are the bees knees when it comes to paying up, but like many others |I think they're a shower of....... erm... rubbish? I won't be using them again & would advise others to avoid, unless you like a lottery or don't mind not getting the cash bacj you are entitled to.

10 months on after stay & about 9 months after claim was submitted after cashback tracked at £0.00, I've still had diddly squat back. Looking at other reviews, this lot seem to be one to avoid.

Tracked as £0. This seems to be a common problem with this merchant. Also watch their small print: their quoted prices only appear cheaper because they only quote for double occupancy so if you have >2 people you will end up paying far more. Come on Topcashback, remove these charlatans from your site!
