Didn't track.
Put claim in.
They responded and said that I had used another referrer for the sale (lie). Didn't specify under Data Protection who had claimed the sale.
Lost out on a LOT of cashback on this one.

Bought a ring for my wife, largely picked this retailer over another due to the cashback. Didn't track (highly unlikely for me) and claim has been pending since Nov - nearly 8 months! Not impressed it didn't track as it was a large purchase and not impressed TCB couldn't sort it.
However wife was happy with the ring, so not all bad!
