Yes completely agree with member comments below. This Company recognised the claim and then zeroed it when it became payable . TopCashBack then followed it up and when it became payable again PurpleParking once more zeroed it- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT ON THIS COMPANY -GO ELSEWHERE

Very poor indeed. Cashback didn't track so submitted a claim. TCB said that an amount had been confirmed that matched my missing cashback but then Purple Parking put it it to zero cashback. Certainly won't use them again.

Clicking through from here to their site makes the "promotional code" field go away. The TIPO code seems to still work, and the extra discount outweighs the potential cashback ... so a miss this time around.

Cashback tracked overnight, though at a lower rate than advertised (Only getting £2.71 on £33.99 which is less than 10% even with VAT accounted for)

cashback went on next day. we were not impressed when we got to the car-park as they saId we were not booked in, person on the desk was quite stroppy. they took ages putting another booking through for us. driver going was a very safe driver, the one coming back drove like he was on a racing track.

Awful service, do not use. Trip to the airport: asked to wait in a minibus for 45mins while the drivers chatted, it was very cold. Pick up from the airport: left us waiting an hour! In all the longest part of our journey from home to the airport was waiting for Purple parking. To top it all, they have also refused to pay the cashback, even after I raise a quiry.

Cashback was tracked quickly, however I was charged a different (higher) amount from what I was initially quoted for the same product at the beginning of the booking process. Service was fine though and customer service was very good.

AFTER 60 DAYS CONFIRMED AMOUNT CHANGED TO £0.00. THAT IS PURPLE PARKING PROBLEM AS RECESSION IS HITTING THEM AND THEY ARE TRICKING US BY ATTRACTING BY 15% CASHBACK THEN AFTER 50 DAYS CHANGING THE STATUS TO 0 CASHBACK. iT'S UNFAIR.
