Rejected claim
Ensured browser was clean and no voucher codes used. Click registered, but no Cashback was tracked. Merchant rejected my request via TCB and TCB claims they cannot do any more. Disappointed

PV didn't pay out on 2 cash back amounts i put claims in for. both reasonably big amounts given the cash spent with this merchant. I might have understood 1 claim being bounced but 2 is strange. Got vague responses about not being able to identify me by reference number (that PV themselves used on correspondence). TCB not helpful at progressing claims other than to say it can't do anything if the merchant can't track it. As ever - it's good when it works, bad when it doesn't!

After 5 months they have refused my cashback claim, on the basis that they can't confirm the holiday was booked following a link from top cashback. Absolute rubbish!

Purchase tracked OK (purchase made on 1 January), but only half of expected cashback was offered. Took five months for TCB to tell me that the remainder could not be recovered due to the merchant not being able to track my claim through the TCB website.
As ever, don't expect to actually get the cashback!
