It is over one year since I made a purchase with Quoteline Direct, and I still have received no information on when my cashback will be paid. If you decide to make a purchase with Quoteline Direct, be prepared for a very, very long wait, or maybe even no cashback.

My worst Cashback experience. The insurance company acknowledged that the cashback had been tracked but have not paid yet. Been a full year. Used them previously and took them 6 months to pay up. 2 bad experiences =0 business with them in future. Cannot trust these guys.

Landlord insurance with a cashback of £31.50, no problems at all. Tracked quickly and became payable within the estimated timeframe.

Received cashback fine last year for buying landlord insurance, bought again as new policy this year via topcashback but had my claim for cashback declined (Only reason I can see is because I was an existing customer the previous year..). I must remember to go with a different provider next year to get my cashback.. :o)

Anyone ever get anything from this mob? Totally agree with recent posters.
Just confirmed that a claim I raised on 27 Dec 2012 (yes, not last year) for a purchase made on 21 Nov 2012 has been declined.
And the reason:
“Already registered with merchant”.
Nope, I don't understand it either.
Avoid!!

Bought Landlord Insurance twice through TopCashBack (once in 2012 and then again in 2013), not received any payments. Sent lots of nudges, but see no action.
AVOID QUOTE LINE DIRECT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Same as previous customers did not any cashback could not claim over 100 days old. Be warned stay away from Quoteline Direct its is con.

Apart from follow up calls, this was a good cash back experience. Decent quote and cash back made this more viable.

Purchased policy in Sept 2011. Got in touch with TCB as no tracking. Sent extra policy details and lots of nudges and heard NOTHING. Not happy with site, not happy with TCB for allowing these sites to advertise when they obviously dont intend paying up!

Policy purchased on the 7th September 2011. On 3rd October Quoteline asked for more information via Topcashback which was supplied the same day. Despite 15 nudges Topcashback still shows awaiting retailers response!

Submitted a claim for Cashback of £30 for purchasing Landlord Insurance in August 2011 and have never received acknowledgement or cahsback for the purchase. Very disappointing as I had received cheaper quotes elsewhere but went with these due to the cashback figure being offered.
