This retailer sells a good selection of quality items with 30 day money back guarantee, even if you have used the product during this time.
The one downside to this merchant is the cost of their P & P which is nearly always excessive

Never had any trouble with QVC . Delivery very quick & customer service usually very good. Would be nice if they gave a little more cash back but that could apply to any merchent

I havent heard back from QVC yet. items were delivered quickly but I was disappointed in the quality and wasnt worth the money - hair products. over priced I feel. you pay to send it back but I havent heard anything and that was last week so not that impressed so far. havent checked cash back so cant comment on that part

I have always bought Liz earle Products from QVC Cleanse and polish.Skin tonic and moisture (highly recommend this to anyone. This is the first time I have used Top cashback for a transaction.I will definately be using this way in the future.

Great products, brilliant customer service - very helpful and nothing was too much trouble on the rare occasion something was not quite right. Items were sent swiftly. Cashback helps to offset the sometimes pricey postage.

So easy to shop from QVC either on website or by telephone or television. Only wish the latter two could also qualify for cashback. Easy returns with 28 days to try products. ONLY company I know of who encourage you to try out/wear their products and then let you return them if you find they are not suitable. Imagine trying to do that on the High Street just because you changed your mind!

QVC are one of the slowest companies to pay out cashback, started using top cash back at the start of the year and QVC never pay when they should they will, got 5 transactions cleared (in JULY) and still waiting for the money, poor service from QVC which is surprising as I am a regular shopper and their customer service is amazing.
