Avoid like the plague. Bought insurance with a deal from them saying if you buy their insurance they will give you £45 cashback after your first payment is taken. 6 months after 1st payment has been taken and still nothing. After countless requests to TCB to help they kept asking me to wait and wait.
I have no issues with payments that are not part of a deal not being paid. Like if you buy something from say HMV and it gives you 2% back. But this was an advertised promotion and because of that it is disgusting that they have not paid. It isn't the money it is the principle that if you advertise a deal and someone takes up that deal you expect it to be honored. Nothing more then false advertising bordering on fraud. So if you want cashback from these guys and it is the reason you have chosen them over others then do yourself a favour and use someone else. Bunch of scammers.
