didnt track initially chased by tcb and now its payable 5 months later i read too many comments about companies not paying but all of mine get their in the end after all its a freebee so be patient dont take any notice of expected payout times as youll probably be disappointed thanks topcashback

Not easy at all, purchased a breakdown policy in september, because it didnt track then months later they declined it as "inactive policy", how does that work I and I have a membership number, I have breakdown cover, something fishy going on here

Cashback was declined for no obvious reason. No reason given by them when queried. A policy WAS taken out for a year, but never again. This company rips you off! Beware!!
