Not easy at all, purchased a breakdown policy in september, because it didnt track then months later they declined it as "inactive policy", how does that work I and I have a membership number, I have breakdown cover, something fishy going on here

Cashback was declined for no obvious reason. No reason given by them when queried. A policy WAS taken out for a year, but never again. This company rips you off! Beware!!

Terrible. Received a TCB promo email stating I would receive £42.99 cash back for the level of cover I was purchasing. Received nothing. Nothing tracked. Lodged a missing cashback it got declined. Is this whole thing a con?
