	2 yrs running I have tried for this offer and 2 yrs running they have not paid out despite my staying a customer and always paying on time. Wont try a third time

	cashback tracked straight away and 3 months later still hadn't paid out. Next time I checked it had been declined. FURIOUS - only went with them as TBC made them cheaper than AA. Will look to cancel policy now and see if possible.

	Purchased in May, cashback appeared not to track as no mention was made of RAC in my merchants visited. Raised a query with tcb followed by several nudges and messages. Finally, this month, 3 months after purchase, cashback appeared and went straight to payable. Ive now spent it :)

	tracked as £30 until became payable, then changed to 0. Topcashback cannot lodge missing claim as it is over 100 days.

	Should have received £30 but instead have been credited with £20. Terms and conditions state that cashback would track at a lower rate and then increase after 6 months. 6 months have passed, cashback amount remained at £20 and now I cannot lodge a cashback query. Will not be using RAC again

	Cashback-wise I did have problems with the right amount not appearing and had to contact TopCashback but got it resolved in the end. However, can I recommend no one uses RAC for their car breakdown cover. I've just tried to cancel my policy after having to get a new car (the policy had over 6 months left to run) and they won't give me a refund - apparently that's part of their terms and conditions (not made clear on their website unless you read the small print of course). I get a refund on my tax disk, a refund on my insurance but not on my breakdown - what a money grabbing excuse for a company. They make the 'cooling off' period of 14 days apparent but not that you will then not get ANY kind of refund after this time period. If you challenge it they say you should have read the terms and conditions. Having read some of the other horror stories of people having to deal with this company (some on their own forum!) I will never be taking out a policy with them again and would encourage others to do the same.

	Received cash back of £60.60 just over 3 months. Policy purchased has definitely been worth it. Excellent, highly recommended.

	Update to last review - TCB said wait for the cash back time 26 weeks!!! Think I have waited long enough!!! Waited since Jan!!! Beware if you need your cash back quicker.

	Yet to buy, but read the small print. It will take 6 months to track and you must buy through a laptop or desktop, not mobile device....

	never got the cashback showing at £60.60 will go back to the AA next year i rang the RAC and asked why i never got the payment and they said it had nothing to do with them and would not help.

	An update on my comment from 17 February. The missing RAC cashback team have today advised that the missing £30 has now been credited. It's taken 3 months of chasing but the promised cashback has now been honoured. Thank you cashback team.

	The advertised cashback on RAC breakdown is £30.30 for spend between £41 and £100, and £60.60 for spend of £101+. Having spent £101, I was expecting the advertised £60.60 cashback but only £30.30 has been paid. Have lodged a claim for the missing £30.30 but, after 3 months, this is still awaiting merchant comment. This is an excellent cashback deal if paid but left very disappointed that the advertised cashback has not been honoured and with no explanation. I think I'll be trying the AA next year if this claim doesn't get settled.

	I have been biding my time waiting for £60 cashback since 3rd December 2012. The Topcashback advice I got was keep waiting. It seems like others are waiting for theirs too. I think we've been stitched up folks. I never would have got this level of cover except for participating in this offer, So I now intend to cancel my membership and association of both of these organisations (RAC and Topcashback).

	Both for car insurance and breakdown cover with RAC, I have had to lodge a cashback claim as both times the transaction has not tracked! Did finally receive £30 cashback on breakdown cover after good work by TopCashback's claiming service but still waiting for cashback on car insurance. Be prepared to wait!

	Having previously used both TCB and RAC without a gliche, I purchased RAC cover rather than my current AA provider for breakdown and recovery. I declined the cheaper offer in favour of extra cashback in the long term but I was awarded an equal amount by the RAC when the transaction had tracked. This promotion is still being billed at 60 pounds but 30 pounds is all that is offered! When I claimed thru TCB I was told it could take upto several months to get a response and then may not be a good result. Far too late to cancel my RAC cover by then. Crafty one!!

	Never trust RAC as I bought the breakdown cover for £101 on 11 Aug 2012 and there was £60 cashback offered. But after buying this I didn't get it in my account and I raised the query for missing claim with Topcashback but haven't got anything yet even after chasing them. Worst thing is there is no way to talk to Topcashback customer care. My very first experience with this site has been worst. Will think twice before buying anything.
