Wouldn't recommend. Thankfully I didn't need them in a breakdown Situation, but when I rang to query why the direct debit had not been taken over a month after I had received my welcome pack and membership card from them I was told the "quote" had expired! Offered no explanation or apology as to why my membership was not valid. Just glad I didn't need them in an emergency.

I purchased breakdown cover and thirteen days later the cashback has not tracked so before my cancellation period ends I will be calling the RAC to cancel. My business will be transferred to Autoaid.

Applied TWICE for my car and a friend's, did NOT track either transaction. Either a fault with the cashback system, As i tried to file a mising cashback claim, this site said that they don;t have any proof of me purchasing the breakdown service. Or it could be that something was blocking the cookies, even though the site says cookies are being tracked properly.
If you do purhcase, just to be on safe side, Exit all anti-virus, firewall, Spyware adware programs, even any that are running on backgroud.

I have never had my cashback from RAC. I paid for membership for my daughter and this doesn't even show on my 'clicked' retailers. I joined myself some time ago through another cashback site and never got the payment then either. :-(
