Purchased a railcard which paid for itself on the first journey so can't really complain. Didn't qualify for cashback though apparently but I'm not sure why, will need to investigate.

So easy to use-I have tried another 'cashback' site and didnt find it nearly as easy as using TopCashback so only use this site now. Very quick too.

Declined cashback even after tracking and lodging claim. Reason for decline is just ''Not met terms and conditions'' without any indication of exactly why!

straightforward process but a tad faffy when trying to do it online as you cant sign electronically or upload images so you have to print and scan a tad annoying but otherwise easy process

I am an experienced TCB user. Put this one through taking normal precautions, it finally tracked, then waited several months. National Rail then declined cashback on grounds of 'Not met terms and conditions' and would not explain further. Another company trying to weasel out of cashback on spurious grounds. Be wary and do not count on cashback.
